Runway 6R/24L Runway Safety Area (RSA) and Associated Improvements, Los Angeles International Airport, California
Rehabilitating/replacing runway pavement to address deteriorated conditions, extending RSA to 1,000 feet from each runway end, and aligning taxiway hold bars to meet current FAA design standards. Additionally, adjusting connector taxiways, and relocating service road segments outside of RSA. Upgrading centerline and touchdown lighting systems, and installing new blast fences.

Rehabilitating/replacing runway pavement to tackle subpar conditions, and extending RSA to 1,000 feet from each end of the runway. Adjusting taxiway hold bars to align with current FAA design standards. Additionally, repositioning connector taxiways, and moving service road segments outside of RSA. Covering segments of a drainage ditch, upgrading centerline and touchdown lighting systems, and installing new blast fences.
Landmark Aviation Project, San Diego International Airport and North Side Bypass Taxiway, San Diego International Airport, California
The new FBO campus at SAN comprises a 19,000-square-foot terminal, a 250,000-square-foot ramp, and five hangars on 12.4 acres. The terminal building features office space, a VIP lounge, a fitness center, a viewing deck, a café, and an executive conference room. The Bypass Taxiway project involves constructing 1,200 feet of new taxiway for Landmark Aviation and 1,150 feet of associated vehicle service road.
Montgomery Field 10L/28R Runway Pavement Rehabilitation, San Diego, California
Rehabilitating/replacing runway pavement to rectify substandard conditions. Full pavement rehabilitation for the 150-foot-wide, 4,600-foot-long main runway, 10L/28R, and significant portions of the adjoining taxiways and the crosswind runway 5/23, along with all other related tasks. Typically, accommodates approximately 200,000 flights per year.
RCC Bus Parking Facility Project, San Diego International Airport and Lot 6 Employee Parking Lot Project, San Diego International Airport, California
A six-million-dollar construction project entails the creation of around 20 bus parking spaces and 52 employee parking spaces, alongside a 3,600-square-foot Driver Break Building. This facility will be utilized jointly with a taxi hold/shuttle van lot.
Repair Runway 12/30 and Taxiways “A” through “H” Naval Air Facility, El Centro, California
Full-depth rehabilitation and replacement of existing pavement for sections of Runway 12/30 and various associated taxiways, asphalt shoulder repairs, crack repairs, and installation of new lighting and signage. Additionally, a segment of Taxiway E underwent asphalt replacement using Portland Cement.
Terminal Apron Rehabilitation and Taxiway G, Palm Springs International Airport, California
A 1.3 million square foot asphalt apron and taxiway require full-depth rehabilitation and replacement of existing pavement. Additionally, crack repairs and installation of new lighting and signage are planned.
